Brandon Ezell
Co-OwnerPrior to Halo Epoxy, Brandon was a San Jose State graduate and former collegiate football player. After playing football at San Jose State, he went on to compete at the professional level with the Arizona Rattlers in arena football. An experience that sharpened his attention to detail, resilience, and commitment to excellence.
Football taught him that preparation, precision, and accountability matter. Every rep, every play, every day. Those same principles now drive his work in Halo Epoxy. He is focused on delivering top-tier surfaces that don’t just look great on day one but perform long-term. He took his passion for discipline, performance, and hard work from the field into business.
Beyond business, he is a proud family man. He is married to his amazing wife Kiana, and they have a beautiful daughter Milana, with plans to grow their family even more. “Family is at the core of everything I do, and it’s the reason I value integrity, reliability, and efficiency in my work”. Whether it’s on the field or on the floor, he believes in doing things the right way, showing up prepared, working hard, and standing behind the results.

Before entering the epoxy surface industry, I spent several years working in construction, gaining hands-on experience and a deep understanding of how quality materials, proper preparation, and skilled workmanship come together to create lasting results. That foundation, combined with the work ethic I developed through wrestling and baseball in high school, taught me the importance of consistency, teamwork, and attention to detail.
That mindset carried into my military service, where accountability, precision, and integrity weren’t optional, they were expected. After my service, I continued investing in my future and earned a Bachelor’s degree from American Military University, strengthening my leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
As a family man, I understand how important trust is when you invite someone into your home or business. I take personal pride in my work and treat every project as if it were my own, focusing on durability, craftsmanship, and a clean, professional finish.
At Halo Epoxy, my goal is simple: deliver high-quality epoxy flooring, communicate honestly, and ensure every customer feels confident in both the process and the final result. I stand behind our work and believe craftsmanship and character should always go hand in hand.
